Realtor Branding

Brief:
Practice mock project. A local realty company needs a logo, realtor yard sign design and home advertisement flyer.

For the company's logo branding, I was inspired by the name. I researched redwood trees and felted that would be a strong, stable statement to use in the design. The colors for the branding was also inspired by the colors of a redwood tree. The simple, thin sans serif font reflects the long length of the trees. For the yard sign, a repeat of the tree was used in the background to give it a layers affect.
